Bylaw #1 amendment of Section 26. This change was required to allow member meetings to be held fully online since in person meeting are not permitted due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

26. Members' Meeting Held Entirely by Electronic Means

was originally:

"Meetings of members may not be held entirely by telephonic, an electronic or other communication facility."

and amended to:

"Meetings of members may be held entirely by telephonic, an electronic or other communication facility."

Amendment unanimously approved by the members on December 10th, 2020.

Note: The meeting was held at the home of the Secretary with an invitation to all members who wished to attend in person. The Secretary was the only member physically present at the meeting. All other members attending did so via electronic means.
